Delete Your Data

The fastest way: delete it yourself

You can delete your account and all associated personal data yourself, on this website or in the Fire & Flow mobile app. The deletion is immediate — no waiting period, no support ticket required.

On this website: sign in, then go to Settings and choose Delete Account.

In the app:

1. Open the Fire & Flow app and sign in
2. Tap the Profile tab
3. Scroll to Data & Privacy
4. Tap Delete Account and confirm

Your account, profile, body-injury notes, emergency contact details, enrollment history, and notification preferences are removed from our systems immediately. Stripe payment records are retained per Canadian tax-record retention requirements (typically 6 years) but are no longer linked to a personal profile.

Can't sign in?

Email us with the subject line “Delete my account”and we'll process the deletion within 30 days — usually within 1 business day. Include the email address or phone number associated with your account so we can locate it.

Signed up via Facebook, Google, or Apple?

The instructions above apply regardless of how you created your account. Deleting your Fire & Flow account removes the link to your Facebook, Google or Apple account along with everything else, so we no longer receive your name or email from them.

The sign-in permission you granted lives with the provider, not with us, so deleting your account here does not withdraw it there. To remove it as well:

• Facebook:Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Active → remove Fire & Flow
• Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions → Fire & Flow → Remove access
• Apple:Settings → [your name] → Sign in with Apple → Fire & Flow → Stop using Apple ID

Revoking on the provider's side stops future logins but does not delete your existing Fire & Flow data — you still need to do one of the steps above to remove your data from our systems.

What gets deleted

• Account credentials (email, phone, password hash)
• Profile (name, date of birth, pronouns, photo)
• Body-injury notes and physical assistance preference
• Emergency contact and guardian details
• Class enrollment and waitlist history
• Membership credits and notification preferences
• Push-notification tokens

What we're required to retain

Stripe payment records and the corresponding tax-relevant transaction history are retained for the period required by Canadian tax law (currently six years). These records are de-identified from your personal profile when your account is deleted.
